Working with state and local authorities, TCRcolordo has developed a unique opportunity to own a TCRcolordo home under the rules and regulations of the Affordable Housing Program.
In short, if you meet certain regulations and fall within a specific income range - also called Area Median Income Level, or AMI, you may be eligible to purchase a TCRcolorado home at a very special rate. Below, you will find a table that outlines some of the income criteria.
This is a unique program and does have restrictions. In addition, only a few specific homes within our communities qualify for this program.
